I add many tasks and responsibilities to my “to-do list” that might stay up there for a few weeks or most of a month. Eventually, I complete the task, or it becomes a habit that does not need to be on the list.
Sadly, regular exercising has been on my list for many months without much hope of being taken down. The irony is that this comment comes from someone who recently listed yoga as a New Year’s resolution.
Let me be honest and accept that I put exercising on my “to-do list” and do it for a few days. The problem is with consistency. I lose my drive to exercise after a few days and drop the task before it becomes a habit. I tried walking, simple exercises, yoga and more, but I can’t help losing my focus.
Last month, I wrote a blog post about yoga to encourage myself to start doing yoga again. I hope to succeed and remove regular exercising from my “to-do list”.
